Ripples From Afar

I am anchored
Here
Apart
From all I hold dear.
I feel your ripples touch me
Even though you are not near.

Floating
Bloating
Fish
Nibble
My
Chains

The depths beneath me
Dark
Foreboding
Hope
I
Stay
Floating.

My Sweet Desertification Soul

Adoring vampires
take and take;
suck you dry;
Take every living
Piece of you
Watch the flora your soulscape slowly die.
The life force that sustained you
now gone from your eye.

When the world outside
has taken
you
completely
to empty
and you have
nothing left
to give
When your soul is
Tired and parched
No fertile place left for you to live;

If I could
I'd give you sanctuary.
Help to see you through.
Will the shelter of my arms
and my last tear
be enough to
sustain you?

Soul Nebulae

We
Were born
From
Hydrogen clouds
Dancing with
Nebulous dust
In in a timeless place.
We are timeless
Bound by the space fabric
All of me
All of you
Always
In our yesterdays
Nows and
Tomorrows.
After we shed our vessels
We remain
We return
We reclaim
Our timeless places
Our timeless spaces
Where we are
As one
As we were
As we are
As we will always be.
You
Me

Sad Clown Soul

You
Whom I have always known.

You
Whose soul feels like home.

You
Who feels so alone.

Let me
Be your refuge.

Let me
Be your strength.

Let me
Ease your pain.

All that I have to offer
Is yours to take
Forever.

Rock A Bye Baby In The Abbatoir

Expectant mom
Giving birth
Happy moment
Filled with mirth.

New born babe
Taken away
No nurturing love
On your birthday

Bleating babe
All alone
Small dark box
Is now your home.

Beating
Heart
Walks through door
Now bleeding out
On the slaughter floor

Bright innocent eyes
fade away
Never to know the light of day
Nor the joys of life in any way.

Sad Eyes

Sad eyes
That do not cry
Cowering in corners
People turn their eyes
Away.
Easier not to face
The inhumanity
The true reality
The off button takes away their brief pain from seeing you.
But you are still there
Mats in your hair
Blood on your skin
For no other sin
Than to be born
As you were
Where you were
Afraid
Alone
No where to call home
No warmth to be known
For this terrible crime
No one will atone
So the cycle continues.
